We are Adam and Hannah, the husband and wife team operating the B-ONE BBQ Food Trailer.

We are dedicated to bringing authentic Texas flavor to Morrow County, inspired by the several years we spent living in Texas. Our meats are smoked on a traditional 750-gallon offset smoker, and all our sides are made from scratch.
